A theme that crops up in all my work is how do we adapt to change? In the ways we work?  Or the ways we relate to other people?  In the way we think and listen? The list is potentially endless, but the question is crucial.

Clearly, it’s about mindset – a willingness to change and adapt. It is also about building competency which requires self-knowledge and commitment. The Conscious Competency Ladder diagram is a good way to explain this and so is this great 7-minute video clip by Destin Sandlin, a US engineer. Enjoy!
